When you order off us you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase. When you receive your confirmation email it is your responsibility to check that the details of your order are correct. Please inform us of any errors straight away at


Payments are accepted via PayPal. If you are registered with PayPal you can pay using your debit/credit card or funds that are held in your PayPal account.

You don't have to sign in to PayPal to use your debit/credit card

All major debit/credit cards are accepted except American Express.

Orders will be processed straightaway, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours and delivery is usually within 7 days. When your goods have been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm this. Please allow 14 days from confirmation of dispatch before contacting us with queries regarding non-delivery.

please note As we also have a bricks and mortar shop sometimes items listed as "in stock" on the site may sell out in the shop and during busy times we might sell an item in the shop before it is allocated for a web order. We do strive for this not to happen but occasionally it can. In this circumstance, where an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative or give the option to cancel part or all of the order.

You can return your damaged/unwanted order to us as long it is in it's original packaging and unopened with the original tags attached.

Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser unless the goods are damaged/faulty.

Once we receive the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods to you using your original payment method within 14 days. Only outbound postage will be refunded.

The Little Shop Of Crafts cannot be held responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged before reaching us. It is recommended to send the item by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage and insure the item for it's full value.

Please note that some items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty, i.e., things made to order or cut to size such as fabric, ribbon, elastic, etc.
